Reading Girl Scouts : Cookie Drop 2009-2010 : Volunteers

Schedule for Feb. 2th

• We need 6 continuous volunteers present to keep the cookies moving. If we fall short, troops will be delayed during their pickup slots.
• Please signup for one or more 1 hour segments. Half-hour splits are handled if needed.
• Volunteers covering the first slots at 4:15 will be trained, and will pass that training "hands-on style" to their replacements, so expect some overlap time. If possible, arrive as early as 3:45.
• Please contact ralph@vinci.org with slots you can cover, or changes in the existing slots you have.

Hand Trucks Needed

Hand trucks large and small are requested. Having about 6 total would be a minimum workable setup. Bring them to Camp Rice Moody on Feb 10th during the day (I'll be on site) with your name on them before 4PM. You can pick them up at 9PM after the drop is complete, or arrange to get them from me (Ralph) later.
